Hello Rumazuhabi,

You left feedback to the seller before you received items i guess ?. You should hold your feedback until you receive the item basically, by receiving your feedback he will cheat other person basically and run away early. The only solution is, if you have used PaisaPay, open a dispute, and if the seller dont communicate for 7 days do a item not received strike against seller, you will get full refund from PaisaPay. If paid by Cheque or DD, show payment proof, eBay will take care the issue, but i dont know how long it will take to get your money. eBay is definitely 100% for buyers, unfortunately not for sellers. To proceed further contact live help, they do needful help.
