I know how to send it -- pack this item in marquin cloth - it's a creme colored cloth available at cloth store -- sew it properly and then ship it with the help of post office service - Speed Post -- and if Speed post service is not there - then use RP - just ask them to do RP - RP is very cheap -- and if RP service is not there then tell them to do Registered -- problem solve :-)

Forgot to tell you - use Marker Pen to write the address on it Either Marker - or O.H.P. Marker for writing on the cloth
Sambalpur is in Orissa. Speed Post is available for there. There is not at all any problem. Buyer will receive it within 3-5 days.

I MYSELF STOOD ON THE COUNTER OF SPEEDPOST FOR 45 MINUTES!! FINALLY AT 4 PM I WAS TOLD SPEED POST CLOSES AT 3:30. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH WHICH WAS 4 KMS FROM THEIR AND CLERK TOLD ME( Just to make me run away) IT BOOKED PARCELS TILL 7PM!!!
I went to that branch and there also I was told speedpost closes at 3:30.. I was down with fever and even my staff was absent. I was madly running from here to their. It was a nightmare for me. And that day I vowed never ever to book again with Speed
On top of it the shit they throw on your face when they are booking e.g- pack it nicely , pack it in clothbag, write speedpost on top with a bold marker and all , it appears we are serving them not vice versa.
I will always prefer paying 5-10 Rs extra by using private couriers for my dignity which SpeedPost takes away. You wont believe ARAMEX sends a boy to my workshop who packs all the items I give him along with addresses on his own. Plus It costs me a fortune less than what I was incurring with Speed.
If their services are not in some location they on their own ship the item with some other available courier service at same charge.
Also they offer 14 Days Credit on Bills!
No Surprise private players are doing so well, as they are represented by understanding and business minded people, Not by 10-5 Salaried employees.
No doubt I send my couriers with DTDC or ARAMEX now, At least they honor you for your business. I thought of writing it to some senior in Postal Department but I know it will end up in dustbin. I forgot to mention, Last month my total courier bill was 15K.. No Doubt Our Indian Postal Service lost a big pie! But Who Cares?
