Hi,
I want to know how to deal with non paying buyers on feedback issues, I file an unpaid item dispute, they get an unpaid item strike, now if i give them a negative feedback, they would give me too without any fault of mine, How to deal with it?
Help anyone!

Since feedback is not mandatory, you could skip leaving it. Or if you want to warn others that the buyer did not pay, you couldl leave negative feedback. Of course you risk recieving it as well. But the buyer would look bad since they are the ones who didn't pay.

Hello itkolkata and near_the_pits,
I am happy to inform you that eBay is working on some changes to the Feedback System to address precisely the issue you are discussing. One of the changes is that if a member leaves feedback for a transaction and does not participate in the Unpaid Item (UPI) process, eBay will neutralize their feedback. This means the rating (whether positive or negative) will not affect the recipient's feedback score.
You can read more about these proposed changes here - http://www2.ebay.com/aw/in/200506.shtml#2005-06-24192504 Regards,

In my opinion, you should expect the buyer who refused pay for the items. Then you can inform that "biding is something serious. Before you do it,please be serious. If didn't pay a warning and negative feedback follow."
In another word,If someone give the negative feedback, ask for the webmaster.-------an eBay seller from China.
