Well Mr Keshav,
eBay treats sellers very well. They support the sellers who are genuine and professional. eBay helps good sellers to grow their business.
Certain sellers who sell fake mobile phones, pen-drives, replica watches, replica perfumes etc actually deteriorate eBay's image and they also pose an open and direct threat to the growth of online business. eBay would remove the listings of such sellers and may also suspend their account, which is really required to grow trust on the online platforms.
If your pen-drives were genuine, and if you listed the pen-drives along with a warranty card or an invoice, then eBay wouldn't remove it. But if you list an expensive pen-drive without any feedback and also don't provide any warranty card or invoice then eBay has all the valid reasons to remove your listings for the benefit of the buyer and seller community on eBay.
Companies like eBay have helped the to create a better society by reinforcing the trust between two individuals. This is a great business model.
Your refund to the buyers from PaisaPay must have initiated the moment your listings were removed. It takes about 7 to 8 days for PaisaPay to refund the money into the buyer's account. Meanwhile, if you and the buyer settle the issue and if the buyer mentions that your item was genuine, then your payment won't be refunded and would then be deposited back into your account.
Kind Regards,
Mustufa
