This was my first time selling on ebay though i have been registered here for a long time and bought once also through them.
I listed a pack of 5 pen drives for sale and made two sales..I handed the product to the buyers and they paid me through paisapay.
Now today i got a mail from ebay that my paisapay account is suspended and remittance put on hold.
I contacted CC and they said that all my money will be given back to the buyers...WTF!! And i have to contact the buyers to get the money out of ebay system..
HOW THE *UC* CAN I GET THE MONEY FROM THEM AFTER GIVING THEM THE ITEM.
what are you expecting from me ebay.??????
I asked about the reasons and they say some policy violations and it cannot be disclosed!!!
This is a totally fraudulent behaviour and zero big F 0 , nada , nil.. because of ebay i have been ripped of Rs.9500.
I'll goto consumer court of India. Your monopolistic terms and cond. cannot survive here in India.
Go back to your country eBay you are not wanted here in India. Go back to USA. The land of morons
A very very frustrated seller

eBay treats sellers very well. They support the sellers who are genuine and professional. eBay helps good sellers to grow their business.
Certain sellers who sell fake mobile phones, pen-drives, replica watches, replica perfumes etc actually deteriorate eBay's image and they also pose an open and direct threat to the growth of online business. eBay would remove the listings of such sellers and may also suspend their account, which is really required to grow trust on the online platforms.
If your pen-drives were genuine, and if you listed the pen-drives along with a warranty card or an invoice, then eBay wouldn't remove it. But if you list an expensive pen-drive without any feedback and also don't provide any warranty card or invoice then eBay has all the valid reasons to remove your listings for the benefit of the buyer and seller community on eBay.
Companies like eBay have helped the to create a better society by reinforcing the trust between two individuals. This is a great business model.
Your refund to the buyers from PaisaPay must have initiated the moment your listings were removed. It takes about 7 to 8 days for PaisaPay to refund the money into the buyer's account. Meanwhile, if you and the buyer settle the issue and if the buyer mentions that your item was genuine, then your payment won't be refunded and would then be deposited back into your account.
Kind Regards,
Mustufa

My buyers are happy with the product as i gave them free gifts along with it.
No body filed any complaint nor my buyer nor me..But eBay still had a problem and say that I have voilated terms and conditions which they wont tell me.
They are saying that money will be given back to the buyers and I should collect from them on my own!!!
Apart from this, its been around 6 days since I sold those items. I have contacted my buyers and they still haven't received the refund. And eBay says they have sent it.
People please guide me how should I go about this!
Its just not right. 😞

eBay won't revert the transactions if neither of the above situations existed.
You can provide the tracking number to PaisaPay (1800 209 3229) and inform them that you have shipped the item to the buyers. If the shipment can be tracked, your payments will be reverted back into your account again.
