What is the product ? Mobile phone? You might have mentioned the IMEI no in your invoice right?

You mean "Third party Product" means same model (may be defective ?) bought earlier from somewhere!

You can as well give all the gory details for the sake sellers forum with pictures if posible to get some one's attention.
