Hello,

Belive it or not it is true.

All sellers are scared sh** of ebay.

Let me recount an recent incident.

I ship a parcel to a buyer.

Courier looses the parcel.

Buyer files INR and escalates it to a claim on 22/01.

I refund completely on 25/01.

Claims administrator sends dhamki on 27/01, more than a month after filling claim and making refund.

So before checking my records I first refund buyer again.

Next day buyer confirms earlier refund and applogies for not notifying ebay.

Now I have refunded buyer twice for product which has been lost by courier and I may not get refund from courier too.

So I have lost the parcel as well a double refund.
