i am a seller at ebay.. i listed an item on ebay and it got sold...now i realised it has got spoilt because of rains. i have a similar looking item more expensive listed on ebay itself...so i have written to the buyer , that i shall ship the expensive one at no extra cost...but cant contact the buyer, as the mobile is switched off and she has not replied to my mails...what do i do????
please suggest...!!!!!!!
