There is on charged for being a selling on eBay. You pay only when you list an item (Insertion Fee) and when your item sells (Final Value Fee).
There are some categories like Books & Magazines, Movies & Music and Video & Computer Games where there is no insertion fee. That means that eBay does not charge anything to list in these categories you only pay when your item sells.
