Why Some Sellers Are always on Top of the Search Page ?

I was doing my research and found a few sellers are always occupying the 1st 3 pages of pages. Why is that soo ?

If you see your research data and you understand that those on top are the Top rated sellers or those sellers whose listing have seen a sudden surge is sales..

Idea is the more sales on your listing the topper your listing on the search result...

Because they earned high feedbacks scores and goodwill they sold many products. So ebay put there products in top to buyers
