When should i ship???

Sir,
I want to know, when should i ship my item. I hv recd. a message saying that i hv recd. paisa payment in item no.230029268570. But when should i ship the item,

Q. When payment is recd. in my saving bank a/c? or
Q. When paisa pay recd. the payment?
Q. Can the buyer also refuse to buy the product after the payment is made by him via paisa pay & product is shipped by me?

Q1. When a PaisaPay payment is confirmed a confirmation email is sent to the seller informing that since the pyment is confirmed he can ship the items.

Q2.You can ship the item once the PaisaPay payment made by the buyer is confirmed.

Q3.Regarding your third question, once the payment is confirmed the amount is credited to the seller's PaisaPay account. So its suggested that you contact the buyer for the further details.

As far as we understand you can ship the item as soon as you receive confirmation of receiving payment from paisa pay.
If paisa pay suggests to hold dispatch please do not dispatch.
In all other cases only dispatch when you are sure you have received the payment.
