Hello all, I am really needing some help here. I sold an item on ebay for a large sum of money. I know it was a scam because the buyer had just became a member on the day of purchase and never once responded in any way. I opened a dispute claim against them, which they never responded to. It's been a week since then. I was wondering how long the case will stay open until ebay cloases it? Also, will I still have to pay the ebay fees from the money I never received? Please help!
