What Exactly are CHARGEBACKS ?

Hi Everyone,

I have been seeing the word 'Chargebacks' many times while going through the discussions. I want to know What these chargebacks exactly are? Till now I have not encountered one. But I am eager to know what this term means. And also How to avoid them and How should we get POD from DTDC if incase eBay asks for one.

Please explain in a step by step manner........

Even I never had any experience of Chargebacks. It can happen if the Buyer pays you by Credit Cards.

To get the "Proof of Delivery" (POD) from DTDC, just ask the guy who sits there, accepts the packets and gives you the receipts.
