What Communication is ebay taking about ????

One of the DSR parameter required by ebay is Communication. But I will not hesitate in saying that this criteria is all CRAP. More than 90%, yes more than 90% buyers do not respond to any communication in any form which is sent to them, be it emails or SMS or even phone calls.

I have a buyer whose shipping address is different from his normal address and the shipping address is incomplete as it is without any pincode and contact number. I have sent him emails, SMS, called him up(wrong cell nos) and even sent emails to his personal email id but for 6 days he has not responded to any form of communication but he mails me for shipment date. How do you like that ??????????

very true. same issues happen with me as well. infact the whole feedback system has a loophole. Check my feedback profile all new buyers with feedback score of 1 left neutral although they are saying good things in feedback but these buyers do not have feedback sense. They know nothing about feedback system. I think negative feedback should only be allowed after opening a case in resolution center.

However, I know nothing is gonna happen in this regard. Our voices are falling on deaf ears. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

Does anyone remember when did a pink (ebay staff member) respond to any post in the form, except when where it has concerned them, they have not responded to any post in these forms.

They have not even responded to their own PPCOD queries, what more can anyone say, so much for communication !!!.

Ebay pink sud read and reply to the forum but not every forum cud be reply but they sud reply to many of them

Whatever is happening over here is perfectly normal. Most online shoppers are shy. That is the main reason they shop online instead of meeting an offline seller at his shop where they will have to interact. They like it quite & private. They love the "Do Not Disturb" lifestyle. And that is why they are here.

I wonder if we could rate (DSR) eBay as well. on the following parameters:
Communication, Remittance, Support, eBay Fee. I am dead sure if we could rate them on these, eBay would have to give a PNP (Portal Non-Performance) to themselves. Trading restriction for thirty days and not to mention they'd hardly be able to maintain feedback score of 50% and will even lose their case in community court. lol. but...but.... but... eBay will not apply same standards to themselves as they put forward for sellers. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

One more thing. paisapay charges us 4% plus service tax. here is an eye opener. most of the gateways are charging 2.00% - 2.50% max. they are over charging us on paisapay as well. buy genuine mobiles at unbeatable price.

eBay Pinks are now permanently transferred to Facebook page, where they are busy promoting seller specific listings.

Also on facebook page, unfair communication black out is being done.

Earlier they were putting Daily deals items there, But some aware buyer were putting actual market price of the so called "deals" or helping fellow buyers to find a better price in other portals. As a result they stopped putting daily deals there. So typical.

I have grown tired now. Just restricted myself to helping people in dire need. And by the way eBay CEO was here last month, so I positively hope some announcements are rolled up the sleeves I guess. Here is his interview-
