Very Bad Support

Very bad support from ebay. My remittance is stopped due to GSTIN. I said I am not going to sell on ebay anymore. They activated my remittance account after several requests and now my bank SBH is merged with SBI and my IFSC code is changed. So NEFT transfer was failed. They are not allowing me to change IFSC. To change the IFSC we need to provide GSTIN number. But my remittance money which was with ebay was not in GST period. Their support is so bad that they never know the exact problem and they will try to skip by giving some general answers like "Our team is looking into the issue and will get in touch with you soon." I am hearing the same kind of answers from the past 4 months. Till now my issue is not solved.

Gstin is easy to get and cost mere 2000 rs
So if your remittance amt is more than that ... Do it.. we all know about eBay customer service is worst
Docs required adhaar card, Pan card and address proof
Or keep calling them and try your luck
You can cancel gstin anytime and no deposit no cancellation charge
