■ With Immediate Effect Form-49 Has To Accompany All Commercial Shipments Entering Indore Irrespective Of The Value Mentioned In The Invoices. This Is Mandatory Apart From Invoices. ■ Any Deviation Will Attract A Heavy Penalty Which Cannot Be Waived-Off Later.

■ Please Note With Immediate Effect Do Not Book / Forward Any Shipment Weighing More Than 250gms For Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) Without Form-26. ■ Any Deviation Will Attract A Heavy Penalty.

so that is the reason many seller dont ship to west bengal bcoz there are lots of formality are required
