Unable to create PaisaPay account

I am new to ebay and want to join the selling group. It is found to be mandatory to create a PaisaPay account to sell products in ebay. I have two bank accounts, State Bank of India and Vijaya Bank. Now, my problem is - In the registration page, I can't find city for "KOHIMA". So, I am unable to create the account. Please help.

Hi Ok Singh,
You find out IFSC from your cheque book or ask your bank.
Then you write to PaisaPay team.
Give little bit time to update their list.
Is that Okay?
