Unable to close unpaid item dispute & avail FVF credit

After repeated reminders to the buyer, I'd registered an unpaid item dispute on 26th May 2005. Yet the buyer has not responded until now.

Now, on my list of unpaid disputes, it says we are eligible for FVF credit, but I'm unable to close the dispute because it says "dispute information unavailable".
The item code is #6766209842.

How can I close the dispute and avail FVF credit?

usually a seller can close the dispute after the buyer has responded at least once, or if the buyer does not respond within 7 days. Find out more about Unpaid item process on the following link:

Hi Sapana,

I'm unable to view the dispute to close it. When I click on 'view dispute', the next page that appears says 'dispute information unavailable'. SO I'm not able to close the dispute to avail FVF credit. I think there's some technical error. Could you please rectify it?
