WHEN WE KNOW IT IS TOTALLY UNJUSTIFIED WE APPROACH EBAY ,EBAY NEVER HELPS US IN ANY MANNER EXCEPT WRITING SORRY EMAILS ALWAYS SHOWS UNFAIR ONESIDED RULES
SELLERS IT IS REALLY HIGH TIME AND WE MUST COME TOGETHER AND FORM A STRONG SELLERS UNION WHERE WE CAN FORCE EBAY TO CHANGE UNJUSTIFIED LAWS
WE HAVE RIGHT TO FIGHT FOR AS WE ARE PAYING BIG MONEY IN FORM OF FEES AND WE ARE IN NO WAY GOING TO GET CURB AGAINST THIS MONOPOLY LAWS WHERE WHEN THEY FEEL YOU ARE WRONG YOU ARE PENALISED AND WHEN WE TELL THEM SEE THIS IS UNFAIR HAPPENING THEY TELL YOU WE KNOW IT IS WRONG BUT CANT HELP YOU BECAUSE LAWS
IN OTHER WORDS WE CAN ALSO SAY THAT SEE YOU HAVE CHARGED US FOR THIS MONTH WE KNOW WE HAVE TO PAY BUT SORRY CANT PAY YOU AS OUR HANDS ARE TIED BECAUSE OF OUR FAMILY RULES

The issue is UNJUSTIFIED NEGATIVE RATING AND Bogus Biddings. !!
Baazee -- 24 June 05' Marks the death of "Indias Biggest Market place" Baazeeeeee. It wasent that advanced or developed. But atleast it was logical. and was worked upon as an Indian site customized for India. We arent concerned with 32 Countries of Ebay when our local and domestic business itself isnt a sucess on ebay.
We miss the community feeling and that understanding and lively platform of Baazee.

I think EBAY's varification policy is not upto the mark. Also there is so many buyers who are NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER ON EBAY. But there negative feedbacks is already imposed on us. EBAY must remove those negative rating from the sellers if any user/buyer is no longer a registered user.
One more thing : Whenever anybody gives a rating, we must have a option to reply those rating.
Hope to get comments on my line from EBAY.

We have recently announced some changes to the feedback system later this year. I am happy to say that this includes your suggestion - we will be removing all feedback from users who are suspended within 90 days of registering.

Secondly, eBay already provides an option for you to reply to the feedback you have received. This way, if someone has given you an unjustified rating, you can reply with your comments so the rest of the community can understand the full picture.

The excuse given by ebay is baseless
The problem is even if you can reply to -ve rating but still it is counted in % and it is visible to all intending buyers and it does make a difference when someone is buying
The worst is Ebay and whole world can say it is unjustified rating, picture is crystal clear still we receive reply from ebay sorry we cant help you as per rules
Rules? Does it say that a genuine seller should get delisted even if he receives +220 exclusive ratings his dealings are excellent still a new buyer with 0 rating gives a negative rating just for fun by stating product is smelling ebay believes them why? Can ebay give us a justified answer for this except saying that it is not in our hand .
only collecting fees are in Ebay's hand
It is really very sad that sellers like us with very best profile has to go through all this and getting penalised so much that words cant express it
Please make it very clear that this is not USA this is India here buyers can even break the goods by their own hands and ask for refund and post negative rating
We have to make a rule that if ratings are not justified such as mine the buyer claiming that rubber of swimming glasses is smelling Now it very clear that rubber never smells so much may be alittle for aday when it is new,that also you wearing it for swimming.
Imagine such type of new buyers who doesnt know what net trading and he is buying for the first time that also for Rs. 145 only and leaves negative feedback to a genuine seller and sellers % goes down and it effects all othe trades as it appears on top.Ebay knowingly always says We cant do anything
Just read my +ve ratings any one even blind man can say what kind of seller I am Ebay is making a very big mistake by ignoring best sellers like us
ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THERE NOTHING LIKE SELLER SUPPORT IN EBAY.IN WE HAVE TO COME TOGETHER PLEASE COME FORWARD .

I agree with you! Many buyers make fun, they just place orders and don't pay! They even give us -Ve Ratings which our status will get reduced.
EBAY HAVE BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM, BUT NO SELLER PROTECTION PROGRAM.

There are thousands on genuine e-stores on the web that care for customers and take time to address their grievances. ebay nither has the attitude or the interest to do this.
I'm considering filing a PIL protection on the .in being provided to ebay, since they are totally anti-Indian.
