I recently received my first negative feedback which was truly undeserving for the item # 200101651685 .
The buyer states that the colour of the tie & dye dots on the skirts is somewhat different in the picture shown in the listing. However, I have clearly mentioned in my listing that these skirts are hand tied & dyed, stitched etc, slight irregularities tend to happen.
I have been selling these skirts for over an year through ebay and for over 5 years outside ebay and I achieved my Silver Power Seller Status because of these skirts and have received 100& postive feedbacks for the same so far, but this indecent buyer (ebay id, snowspider80 ) didnt give me enough opportunity to resolve the problem .
When I reported this problem to ebay, they responded in a strange manner saying that we can not investigate this matter. And I have been noticing that the negative feedbacks geting removed by ebay. I really wonder why arent they bothered to help me out.
I have already made several calls to the Customer Support Exec. but havent received any satisfactory response. Except some fake promises that they would get back to me soon .
I hope anyone could help me out in this matter and suggest me the right path .
