Turbo Lister help needed

I am a new seller andusing turbo lister for the very first time, i think there is a bug in the new version, in my listings i have clearly selected listing designer and selected the option of one photo on top and in turbo lister preview its showing on top, but after uploading the listing it shows on the bottom on ebay, please reply asap

I just checked your listings. In few of them images are on top of the description, while on others it is on bottom. Were you able to find a solution to your problem?

If not, may I request you to send your Turbo Lister Log files to customer Support? This will help them figure out the issue and fix it.

To send the Log files to Customer Support, you need to:

In your Turbo Lister, Click on Help > Contact Customer Support. Describe your problem in detail.

The Listings I have created Using customized template have photo on top because i have customized my template in HTML but TL is still giving problems, customer care says this is known issue and they are working on it.
