Selling restrictions placed for listing a item in wrong category

We have listed a waterprrof sports camera which was meant for mounting on sports helmet to capture Sports images in
Fitness & Sports > Other Fitness & Sports
We thought this is not CCTV so we did not list it in security camera.However ebay pulled down the listing and blocked my account placing selling restrictions for three days.More than 7 days have passed and my account is still not active.
My question is:
1)There are very less category and sub categories avaliable on ebay.in site.So there is always chance of listing in wrong category.For ex in networking category they dont have switches option(which make 50% of networking equipement)
2)If we have not done the mistake intentionally why should we be punished like this
3)The respone from inrswebhelp@ebay.in is very slow
4)When we try to contact helpdesk we get ten different answers from ten different people

Your account has been restricted from listing new items for approximately three days because of recent breaches of eBay policy. While your account is restricted you still have full access to other account functions such as sending emails, obtaining addresses and leaving feedback. To avoid account suspension, i.e. no access to your account, please comply with eBay policy at all times.

This restriction will be lifted after three days. While the restriction is active you may not register any new accounts.

Olympus makes mju range which is a waterproof camera range. You must list the camera in the camera category only. Listing a digital camera in any other category is a policy violation. Repeated violations of such kind may lead to an indefinite suspension also.

We all know that, nobody purposely lists in the wrong category but the punishment for that is 3 months is too much and that too if done for the first time, I listed CA-101 datacable by oversight, mistake, in a hurry whatever you say in Nokia mobile phone 5800 for which the datacable is CA-101, yes I know it is a mistake but surely not worth having a policy violation notice stuck to me for 3 months, ebay pulled down the listing, that's fine, send a warning mail but 3 months is really too much.

For incorrect category listing ebay has big words like "Search and Browse Manipulation" AND "Miscategorization" but what about the problems in ebay's own search engine which gives wrong results. see this thread: http://forums.ebay.in/thread.jspa?threadID=500006953

Here when I search for Kodak AA batteries from ebay home page it give me search results from the the category:
>Cameras & Optics >Camera, Camcorder Accessories >Batteries >Other Brands,
this is not correct at all because there is a separate category for Kodak batteries which is:
>Cameras & Optics >Camera, Camcorder Accessories >Batteries >Kodak.

So what does ebay have to say now and this is one category example I have checked there can be many other categories where the same thing must be happening, so what's the punishment for ebay ???.

Also everybody is aware that when we search for any item on ebay the shipping charges displayed are never correct, it displays the buyer pincode correctly but gives shipping as free(or whatever) where actually shipping charge exists and this is happening for many years and this has been discussed on ebay forum for donkey years now but ebay has done nothing about it. So much for buyer experience.
