I am new to eBay. I stay in chennai(TN). When I sell for example gift article and some one in Delhi buy it in ebay, and when i send the material do i need to include any tax??
When browse thro' various articles in the ebay many sellers not specified any tax component. is that when selling online no tax applied???
pls ansewer...

Hi Balajikailasam
Seems like you are already registered with sales tax. In my view its always better to add sales tax to the invoice especially when you are shipping out of your state. Sales tax is applicable to online sale also. Ebay also has a sales tax/VAT system which allows you to charge sales tax from the customer.
