Main: This is important for us as we feel that we have good buyers on our account. We started thinking of this in favour of our existing buyers and not for new buyers. We also shared previously with eBay support teams on this.
We should think about ourselves. Only thing is keep on calling customer care (CS) for any issues or needs. If one CS doesn't give support, may be another experienced or good CS will provide you solution.
We would like to know more about "You too also thinking...". If you are seeing on -ve feedbacks, coordinate sweetly with buyer. If this fails, immediately challenge the wrong feedbacks in Community Review Forum (CRF) with fair facts. There are other threads to address those issues. And if you have something in particular, you can create a thread and msg us, our team (we are not eBay CS) will surely help you.
Sub for rhtdm.6624: And after you knocked here, we just thought why not eBay give Coupon codes directly to Sellers (atleast few coupons that eBay will allot to buyers) which inturn Sellers offer those coupons to their old buyers. May be you can start new thread with this view.
May be you can reframe our thought on the coupon codes.
