Although this is a buyer's question, I will appreciate your inputs from a seller's point of view.
3 days ago, I went for the Buy It Now option of an item offered by a seller who appears to be using eBay as a regular business outlet, rather than for selling a used personal item.
As is my usual practice, I immediately sent an email to the seller, asking him to confirm his postal address. I always do this because 1) some sellers give old or incomplete addresses, 2) it tells me something about the kind of person a seller is.
The next day, I had a DD made and sent a picture of the DD to the seller, again asking him to reply. I sent him another reminder earlier today.
The seller has not replied to any of those three emails, and I'm having doubts about sending the DD. Am I justified in withholding the payment until he does reply ?
