SOLUTIONS TO REMOVE NEGATIVE RATINGS

Dear Sellers.
I were just peeping in community & found that most of the sellers got a pain from negative ratings & performance.

I would like to suggest you some solution(which I got from my experience)to remove negative feedback.(I AM NOT AN EBAY EXPERT)

1)As soon as you get the negative feedback,contact the buyer on phone/mobile(not through email).I have solved most negative ratings by this way.Even got the business from them as a bonus.

2)Contacting buyers on phone is very important as if you found there phone or mobile no. fack.You can complaint to ebay using "Help".."Contact us" & ebay will remove the compelete rating including comments.

3)Send the Mutual feedback removal forum to buyer,asking to accepting it after you solve there problem.The comment will not be removed but the negative sign will be removed.This will help in your rating counts & performance.

4)Become a member of square-trade.75% of ebay.com sellers use this mideator service.They have some monthly charges & they charge you nominal to remove the negative feedback.But this will help you alot when you got some rude buyers who cant understand your simple language but only understand legal languages.

5)Besides, there are some unsatisfied sellers(A gift from ebay)who cant see your good ratings & business(especially when you selling same product) & they give you negative rating by using other id.BEWARE OF THIS SELLERS.(You can easily track them by there IP address).

This is not a compelete solution to remove negative feedback,but I hope this will helpful to some extend.

You are quite right in suggesting all the points.

I would like to mention that square-trade doesn't charge nominal fees as far as Indian members are concerned.

Their fees (I suppose) works out to be R.1,200 per case.

We are at an infantary stage of BUYING & SELLING and the average price of our products is around Rs.1000.

So its not a viable proposition with Square-trade.

Square Trade is still very usefull in dispute resolution.

And if the buyer dosent participates in the dispute resolution they charge very less and they charge you onky if your feedback is sucessfully removed.

Age and knowledge don't always come together. Sometimes you just get the age...

I aggree some points of ebaazar.

I think that all buyers who don't make the payment doesn't mean they are fake.

I always give Neutral Feedback for the buyers who don't complete the transaction. This will safegaurd our reputation to a limit.

I haven't subscribed to square trade till now.

Now if the feedback system which is going to get update in few weeks will benifit the sellers reputation. ---------------
