Removal of Listing Upgrades ????

On 28 Dec, 2012 ebay posted the announcement of Removal of Listing Upgrades wef 28th Jan, 2013 but all the listing upgrades namely:

Border, Bold, Featured Plus, Gallery Featured, Highlight, Gallery Plus and Pro Pack.

are still visible and available for use on the listing page. A new seller who lists without reading the announcement board might list using these features.

I request ebay to kindly remove all the enhancements/upgrades not in use anymore from the listing page immediately.

Same problem here,

We have removed all our upgrades before 28th January and now seeing a Great drop in sales as others are still using propack and selling the same and we are not getting any visibility.

Immediately remove the upgrades.
