I am or should I say was a seller on eBay and suddenly I feel so cheated by Paisa Pay 😞
I have express remittance and what I fail to understand is why I have not been receiving my remittance for past six months, yes its more than six months since my last remittance.
I stopped listing high value items after I came to know that after repeated emails to eBay.in thru contact us I have not received any single satisfactory reply, every mail has a same copy-paste reply stating that they will get back to me after 2 day with the name of the sender changed and these two days are never ending till today. My account manager Nisha who called me a few times asking for my reason to why I stopped listing .. I told her that I have not been receiving my money which should be in my account with not waiting for the buyer confirmation.. at which she would assure me that she will find the problem/reason and get back to me the next day.. well same with her... no revert or follow up till date.
Guys A request to those who deal with high value items ..if you don't keep account or don't have higher contact mark your payment as write off .. cause you can't reach eBay authorities via emails and there phone support sucks big time.
eBay now is one of the most happening paradise for being cheated,and I wonder if I ever will get my money from them .
eBay and Paisa Pay play with seller's money hand-in-glove..
