Regarding feedback removal

Dear All,

                  i am selling on eBay from more the 5 years. one buyer is first negative feedback. then, i provided partial refund to buyer as per the buyer confirmation. buyer also agree with the remove negative feedback.i contacted eBay india seller support. now, they tell eBay policy changed .we can't remove feedback. my question is if buyer agree then, why eBay india seller support not help to seller ? ebay uk seller support help us. but, chat option removed for my account . any other seller facing like this issue ? . if any help me can reply us. thank you.

Please note that feedback revision can only be done by the buyer once you send the revision request within 30 days from the date of the negative/neutral feedback left by the buyer. You can appeal for a negative or neutral feedback removal to our customer support team within 90 days of the feedback being left by the buyer. Do keep in mind that the negative/neutral feedback needs to meet the necessary guidelines for removal.
