Received paypal for India listings

Hi,
A buyer transferred to my paypal from her Euro a/c for items puchased on ebay India.Paypal deducts something for conversion to dollar.

i m not much using paypal...i m just verified..but i read much about paypal.

If you have premier than there will be charge in each transaction....but if you have personal than it should be free. as i have done 3 to 4 transaction and that all in US dollar.

write a mail paypal regarding this. hope you will find a way and solve your problem.
