Difficulty in view the listing from MY EBAY section

Hello,

When we list our item on ebay, I can no open and view the listing from MY EBAY section. It comes in some thing like html form. However, if I go from out side MY EBAY and give search and find my item and then click it, it looks o.k. Even if I wants to revise the DESCRIPTION CONTENT of my listed item I can not do it since, I can not open it in regulare form.

Please let me know where the things are wrong. It was perfectly workin few weeks before. But know the problem started.


Therefore I am forced to stop making any listing on the ebay.

As you know it is very serious problem and you loose the business. Please REPLY IMMEDIATELY.

I suggest you delete the cookies and clear your cache and check if the issue is resolved. If it is yet not resolved, write back to Customer Service via the following link:

Click on Selling and Managing your item >>> My eBay >>> My eBay isnt working correctly.
