Problem in defining Item Specific

Hi,

I can not Create any new product in my turbo lister.

i Select the category, and after that do fininish filling all the details.

When i Click on Save button, it prompts an error message showing that Reqired "Item Specific" details missing.

When i try to fill up item specific details (below category selection) and again try to save, the whole application Crashes and closes down.

Can anyone Pls pls pls help me on this.

Hi,

Go to View -> Activity Log -> Delete All

Back Up all the database which you can do from
File -> Backup Database.

Don't backup in default folder, backup them some other folder / drive.

Go to Add & Remove Programs, Uninstall Turbo Lister. Restart your system and re-install Turbo Lister.

Update the Turbo Lister (about 2-3 MB) and restore the back up files.

This may solve your problem. If not solved, then contact customer care. ---------------
