Hi,
Go to View ->
Activity Log ->
Delete All
Back Up all the database which you can do from
File -> Backup Database.
Don't backup in default folder, backup them some other folder / drive.
Go to Add & Remove Programs, Uninstall Turbo Lister. Restart your system and re-install Turbo Lister.
Update the Turbo Lister (about 2-3 MB) and restore the back up files.
This may solve your problem. If not solved, then contact customer care.
