Plz Help Me Regarding This New Sell Your Item Form:|

Sell your item form is a really
great feature. But I want one more thing added into it -- That is in pictures
section -- where we used to upload pictures -- Only one option is there -- That
is we have to upload the picture from our computer only. I want one more option
to be there -- which is your own web - hosting which we used earlier. I m really
suffering because of this problem because I use web - hosting pictures mostly.
By default I m not able to select old sell your item form and it takes a lot of
time for me to save each and every item then select upload pictures and then
upload it via Ebay rather than choosing -- Your own web - hosting. I hope u will
take my point in consideration. Although it's saving time -- For me it's taking
more time............ So plz help me

By all my hit and trial I m able
to web - host my own picture... But there is only one option to host picture...
What if I want to web - host 3 - 4 of my own pictures ?? How to do it ??
Plus I can see my items are not appearing in search section ---- I don't know
why I m listing via -- New Sell Your Item Form -- Where are all those listings
gone ?? Help me -- Item numbers are --
120003759957, 120003785737,
120003789800 and 110003914452 . Also I can see I m not able to revise my
listings easier -- I m talking about item description -- I have tried 4 - 5
times then only item description changed...

I m not able to select sell my
items internationally with this new Sell Your Item Form -- It's giving error
again and again -- I have written everything correct -- selected International
Expedited -- then Worldwide -- then entered the amount -- It is giving error all
the time -- Highlighted box kind of error -- But I have entered everything
correct and fully -- Whenever I select it gives error -- I don't know what
is the problem ???

Hello touchnshine,

The reason why you are unable to view "Self hosted/Web Hosting" Pictures is that you will need to customize and save the changes in the “Customize Form” which is available to the users to display the options which are not displayed directly on the SYI.

For example, to use the featured of Self Hosted Pictures, you would need to follow the below mentioned instructions.

▪Login to your account and try selling an item via SYI 3.0
▪Select the category, save and continue
▪Click on "Customize Form" ( top right hand corner on the Create your listing page)
▪Check on "Self-hosted pictures" and save the changes.

After this, you would be able to use the feature of Self Hosted Pictures directly on the SYI when you add pictures to your listing.

Hi amitava123gems,

LOTS is a functionality which very few sellers use. Therefore it is not available directly to all sellers. However, Once you customise your sell form, you will be able to see LOTS in the 'Selling Format' section.

To customise the form, follow the following insturctions:

Choose the Category >>> Continue
Locate 'customise' icon on top right hand side of the 'Create your listing' page.
Click on 'Format'
Check 'Lots'
Click 'Save'

After this you will be able to see Lots every time you create a listing.

Hi Sapana,
Nice to see you here.I noticed something,which I must say.I saw the counter after say 2 minutes of listing and noticed it showing 4 .It may be quite possible. But if it is a mistake,well,I dont know really.

I am glad that you are liking the new form! 🙂

Personally, I have loved it. It consumes less time and is pretty cool. BTW...did you know that you also have direct live help on the form itself.

Just click on the question mark icon against any topic > click on Know More> and you will have a tab on your left hand side to contact Live Chat. I found that feature really cool.

Regarding the counter, I have asked the team to test it out. If there are any discrepancy, we will set it right.

Also, do keep sending in your thoguhts about the new SYI.
