My Paiapy Remmitance Rs 28600/- kept on Hold, I wrote a 3 mails to customer care from last 2 days, But they Didn,t give reply to my mail,
So Pls help me how to proceed further steps,
I chat with live customer service, They also told me contact Paisapay Team , Still Iam waiting for Reply

I agree. Same experience. i am tearing out my hair now.. i am a new seller. Just sold 2 items. First went so smoothly. In the second 2 freaking buyers paid the amount without even asking wether i will ship it or not and with what. Later they didnt want the item ..so i didnt ship
Now paisa pay keeps the amount of the item i actually sold on hold and says unless the refund to other buyers is complete i will not be paid
I also heard that many sellers have lost money through ebay..beware ...i didnt know it...paisa pay is really hell!!! i have taken it that i have lost my money!

I feel that the policy violation with eBay is with your user id.

eBay clearly states in their policy that you cannot create user names which relates to any website or email address. Your user name is actually an active website on the internet which is filled with ads.

It does not matter whether you have any direct or indirect relation to the website. eBay feels that you may get traffic to your website and by pass eBay fees.

I could not do any more research on you as you have kept your feedback profile private.
