My Paiapy Remmitance Rs 28600/- kept on Hold, I wrote a 3 mails to customer care from last 2 days, But they Didn,t give reply to my mail,
So Pls help me how to proceed further steps,
I chat with live customer service, They also told me contact Paisapay Team , Still Iam waiting for Reply

Since you are new ebay seller, hence your paisapay money will be remitted into your account after the buyer confirms the item receipt or after the delivery deadline expires. It is 10 days from the date of entering shipping details.

You should wait till then and everything will be just fine.
Just make sure the buyer receives the item in good condition and he confirms it in ebay.

If everything is genuine from your side, just relax and wait and you will get the money without any hassel.

the amount will be remitted to your account once the buyer receives the item. Please make sure that the buyer get the item in good conditions and as per description.
and contact your buyer if he has received the item then ask him to confirm the item receipt in his ebay account.

and if you are eligible for the express remittance facility then your amount will be remitted to your bank account within three to four days of entering shipping details( i think so).

already The Buyers confirmed the Item Receipt, so The amount Rs 28600/- kept on hold, and didn't transfered to my Bank account.
I got a mail from customer care Team, Ur remmitance kept on hold due to some violations done by you, so The paisa pay Team decided that the amount of all the transaction would be refunded to Buyers,
and They didn't tell me whats the violation done by me, still now Iam waiting a mail from Paisapay Team,

let me know how to proceed to get back my money,

till now The paisapay team didn't give any replies to my mail, I lost my patience, The maximmium time for reply is 36 hrs, but for my mail its over 5 days, and no mails from Paisapay Team

ppl have you faced same situation, and let me know how to face this problem
