Please Help ---- Are you Registered with pay pal? what type of Pay Pal account should i register? How will an Indian sellers registered with pay pal account receive his payment in India? How long will it take to receive the payment from pay pal and what mode of payment do they use? & if applicable in what currency do they release the payment and what kind of Account should I open in a local Bank? Please help I am also a new Indian seller on ebay

Basically, if you have a personal account, you can only accept payments which are funded by cleared funds. This means that you can't take payments funded by debit/credit cards.

PayPal has logos that you can insert within your auction for sellers who only accept balance transfers and echeques. They're available at the PayPal website. You'll have to manually insert them into the body of your auction description and you won't get the little PP logo next to your auction listings. A seller should not fly the CC logos if they don't accept CC payments. All the manual Logos are found at the PayPal site.

If u want to register to paypal
Please log on to
www.paypal.com
and get ur self registered. Please note that u will receive the payent form paypal via cheque and it takes 15-20 days in this process. One thing more paypal will sennd u cheue if and only if u have a paypal balance of 150USD
