Pathetic Service by Paypal in case of Need

Hello,

I received an email on 1st October regarding account limitation and since then I am fighting to the end with various Customer Care representatives to know the fault of us and finally after many phone calls to Paypal directly, they requested us to re-add our Bank Account and we did that on 2nd November and sent us an email that within 48-72 hours the matter will be finally resolved.

After that, I have made 4 phone calls to Payapl and they say: on our side no problem and they are waiting for Indian Third Party verification Person's report. They further say that we are in the queue and as soon as they receive report from India, they will lift the limitations.

In last month, 5 times, Ebay.com offered unlimited Free listings in Ebay.com and we were deprived to obtain those offers due to callousness of Ebay and Paypal.

My experience so far with Ebay in 7 years:

System of Ebay is so good that hardly any Human touch is required and Customer Care safely writes-- We are always at your service 24X7. But if any occassion arises -- not a single responsible person is there to shoulder the responsibility.

Only God can help, nobody else.

This observation is 100% true as we had many many such occassions.

May Almighty give Ebay enough strength and Wisdom.

I was planning to put my old BlackBerry handset on sale at eBay .......but this kind of revelation is too scary to go for it nd I also found some negative reviews about eBay payment methods on a few forums that put me to rethink about my decision to go for this otherwise popular selling option.
