For a particular buyer, paisapay rejected his CC payment which is fine no problems but then how come FVF has been charged to me by paisapay for the transaction that did not go through and ebay is aware of it and now I have to file a UPI case and go through the waiting period to claim FVF for no fault of mine.
This is just another crazy system that ebay follows to harass the genuine sellers, can something be done about it ????????????????
