PaisaPay SMS Alerts - Are they helpful for Sellers or not?

PaisaPay has launched SMS alerts. Most of the SMS, I do not receive even though I have registered my mobile number for PaisaPAy SMS Alerts. Also, the SMS shows only the PaisaPay ID and the buyer's user ID and nothing else. I think the SMS Alert should contain the following also:

1. Item's name or Item's Number
2. Buyer's Address with Contact Number

I want the opinions of other sellers, what the say on this topic.

The SMS says like this:

Buyer alpha65's payment for ebay order (PaisaPay ID 12345678910) is confirmed. Please ship before the delivery deadline. Check My PaisaPay for details on this transaction.


My suggestion is that it should be like this :

Buyer alpha65's payment of Rs.7,500 for PaisaPay ID 12345678910 is confirmed. alpha65's contact No. is 9895236421. Check My PaisaPay for more details on this transaction.

Even I do not get most of the SMS alerts sent by ebay.
The SMS alert only shows PaisaPay ID and the buyer's user ID which is of NO USE AT ALL.
SMS Alert should by DEFAULT contain the following important infomation:
1. Item name.
2. Buyer's complete address along with Contact Number.
3. Full cost of the item (Cost+Shipping charges)

Ebay should drop out all other crap which they are sending now and send only these 3 lines. I think this should be OK for most sellers. Regards.

According to my suggestion the SMS should read:

Buyer ebayid has paid Rs.7,500 for ebay Item itemname and is confirmed. Please ship before the deadline. Check My PaisaPay for details.

I think this will be helpfull for all the sellers. The present details do not give any details other than Buyer ID. PaisaPay ID is not important for us.

Hi, I think the limit is 160 characters for GSM and even less for CDMA. Putting in the Item Title will consume 55 characters.

if the issue is charactor limit in item title. then it should contain atleast half of item title. we seller can understand the rest of the item name. it should be like this

Buyer ABC's total payment RS.123.00 for ITEM TITLE (PPID 12345678910)is confirmed. Please ship On Time to Add: XYZ

Intially when it was launched, I received almost all SMS for transactions.

Last 1 month, I received only 2 while I had over 15 transactions.

Irrespective what should be text of SMS, I think ebay first need to make sure that each SMS is generated and delivered.
