PaisaPay Refund Help Required Urgent.........

Hi Everyone,
I am a new seller on eBay. I have doubt with PaisaPay Transaction.

A buyer has purchased a item but it is not available currently. I want to refund the money. So if I dont enter the shipping details, the money will be refunded to the buyer automatically. What I want to know is---- Will I get the Final Value Fee Credit? The transaction has not been carried out, so I should not pay any Final Value Fee to eBay. Is this True.... Please Clarify the same....

The FVF won't be credited to you since you have already sold the item. The listing fee also won't be credited to you.

The transaction has been carried out. You sold an item. Now it is your problem that you don't have the item to ship.

Guys, Actually today I had asked the Customer Support (Chat rep name: Sini) and they said the FVF will be credited back to you!
