Recently I sold a touch HD to a customer in Chennai(same place where I am).
The transaction was made through Ebay , since we were close by,we agreed on directly collecting the handset.The buyer accepted the delivery and also gave a positive feedback.
My remittance was supposed to be on 20th which is currently kept on hold and the payment is going back to the buyer.APPARENTLY there was a violation of terms.
Anyhow now I cannot un-suspend my account because it is not possible.
SO now I have an account I cannot use
I have to go back to the buyer when he gets his refund and get the money from him(i dont know when)
And my other product sold after this is due on 23rd(hoping i finish all this by 23rd max) and delete my account.
I think ebay must have a better customer care and help sellers too because without sellers there is no ebay.
I am very disappointed and this is just to warn others ,that if you do a transaction in ebay,you better ship it otherwise you will not get your money.
