I come from the city of kochi,located in kerala.The site you have mentioned doesnt have my city.
So,i guess i have to use ebay for selling.But is there any rate for that too?? Because a property cannot be sold online on the spot,as it has to be seen and bought according to the location.

You rightly said that property cannot be sold on the spot. Therefore the fixed price or auction format is not the most appropriate for real estate.

On eBay you will find Ad format to list your real-estate. it is like Online classified where you can list your real estate. You may find more on the following link:
