Not possible to sell on ebay.in

Hi ebay India,
you wrote in some discussions that it is possible to sell in ebay India even for foreign ebay members... But it doesn't work !!!
At the end of the whole process it says, that it is not possible to sell on ebay India if someone is from outside. What's going wrong ?????

why can't anybody from ebay.in answer my question please ?
And why has someone removed the only answer i got on my question ? Why is there such censoring instead of answering?

This is my first visit to these boards in India, SO HELLO INDIA!!!

I think it is possible to sell on any ebay site worldwide using the one user ID.

I THINK if you sell on ebay.com your listing is shown on all worldwide sites or if you sell on ebay india and tick the box to ship worldwide then your listing again will be shown on all ebay sites.
