Not able to preview shipping documents on Ebay

Hello

I am not able to preview shipping documents on ebay. When I go to the shipping details page and select preview on shipping documents a blank page opens and a dll file is downloaded.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

Hi,

Feels like u r using IE, Opera or Safari Browser Right.? Use Google Chrome.

Hello

My default browser is Firefox but I have Chromium, Opera and internet explorer also. The issue had persisted with firefox and chromium.

I was able to sort out the issue by changing the extension of dll file to pdf and it worked without any issue.

The thread maybe closed now.
