Hi...
By receiving SMSes and Calls....now Nigerians frauds are trying build up confidence. Biddig on items and paying through Western union & Bid pay is very old...Now almost all sellers must have learned the cheating behind this...If you recieve calls or SMSes pls track the no: and talk to him and ask for the registered adress in ebay....The adress must be fake...Report the userid and the details of the adress to ebay security& resolution...and rquest ebay to suspend them. You can atleast prevent them repeating this....send an SMS if possible saying " Your No: and details are given to the Indian Police in so and so places....for attempting fraudlant transactins with Indian citizen...". Its all a game...but anyway they have to fear the Police in another country.....
Reg,
Santhoshlife.

No i dint wanted to leak my contact details of the shop to them. IT is risky. And it would have been a hectic task to sync with the cops at the same time.
ALso these nigerians are a common face in town mobile markets. They buy a mobile and bring it back the next day and create a scene.
They are very much frauds and prosecuting them is difficult.

You can report them as Unwelcome bidders/unwelcome email. And they can be reported from making an outside ebay offer (offering to pay through Western Union, offering to pay more than the asking price so you can send the difference in cash is an outside ebay offer).
