New Buyers Rarely Leave Feedback to Sellers

Dear Sir,

Sice few months, when new buyers are joining Ebay to buy,a new trend has cropped up. New buyers rarely leave Feedback to Sellers inspite of repeated reminders. In fact they do not have idea, how to leave Feedback. Many of them reply to our communication writing POSITIVE.

Last month, out of 13 sales with all good communications with buyers, only one buyer left Feedback, and remaining 12 didnot.

It proves, Ebay should think on this issue how to teach the buyers to leave Feedback.

One Solution coming to my mind:
Even after 30 days stipulated time, buyer do not leave Feedback, it should be presumed that buyer do not have any problem and an Auto Feedback should be given by Ebay.

As per new DSR rule on ebay, positive feedback received or not makes no difference, what matters is the DSR given by the buyer, in fact as per the new rule if no feedback is left by the buyer then that transaction DSR is presumed to be good. What is point in the buyer giving you a positive feedback with bad DSR, it is good where the buyer does not give any feedback at all, at least we get full DSR rating.

Its great that they not leave feedback's. instead of getting negative or neutrals is better you not get feedback.

New Buyers give Negative Feedback, they do not call and discuss if they have any issue, they do not understand the process and just leave negative feedback. Its good they are not leaving feedback for your, infact ebay should ban new buyers from leaving negative feedback until they have been on ebay for a longer time.
