Negative Feedback not removed from my account till now.

Hello,

I have got 2 Negative feedbacks but i have receieved positive follow ups from both buyers and i already emailed to ebay but till now my feedback is not removed from my feedback profile.

I request to ebay trust and safety department to remove both negative feedbacks.
Please its almost a week i emailed you but till now no response from your side.

pls mail at inrswebhelp@ebay.com or call toll free, perhaps you need to get them removed manually. at lest i have to always get them removed by calling toll free....:-)

Thanks a lot for your help, I called Customer Care help line number and they told both negavtive will deleted within 24 hours.

I sent several emails to inrs and incswebhelp , but no response till now and i appreciate your suggestion.
