Dear ebay i purchase On shaker cup from Sm nutritions through ebay and Shaker Cup,s seal is free and broken so i gave a negative feedback.Then they call me to Remove negative feedback and say you write Please Remove negative feedback and i did it.But the cannot resovle my problem and Do not send me the new Shaker Cup.and the Bottle is different from the picture shown on Website.So i want a new On Shaker Cup or i Refund my Money.I am totally upset because of the faulty shaker cup

why you buyers do this before resolving the problem. even me as a seller, if any buyers calls me regarding the issue. i will first resolve the problem ,, then request them to change the feedback.

Now go to http://eguarantee.ebay.in/eg/RaiseClaim and raise a claim against this seller ASAP. you will get your refund for sure. but you have already changed the feedback, which this seller will agian try to cheat other buyers. please take a picture also for solid proof.
