Laptop Soldout 4 Times........Buyer Not Paid....What to do.?

I'm trying to sell laptop...I listed as BID.....people started bidding and not paid.....now i posted as a buy now.....person bought it by fake address..... I have spent Rs 200 for advertising.... ebay will sure get that amount but what about me? I got a fake buyer...I'm paying 200 bucks everytime for nothing? should i leave this ebay? is there anything we can do with those fake buyers? what to do? I'm 100% disapointed this time. X-(
