ALSO SOMEONE FROM EBAY TEAM TOLD ME THAT I CAN SPECIFICALLY MENTION THAT MY MAPTOP MAY COME FROM OVERSEAS, ONCE THE BUYER MAKES THE PAYMENT.......
ANY IDEAS ABOUT WHETHER HE WILL HAVE TO CLEAR CUSTOMS BEFORE HE GETS THE LAPTOP? HOW CAN ONE DO THAT? DOES BAZEE/EBAY INDIA HELP IN CUSTOM CLEARANCE OR IT WILL BE SOLELY THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY?
KINDLY TELL ME ASAP, AS I CAN CLEARLY MENTION THAT INFORMATION TOO, WHEN I LIST MY LAPTOP....
@Rohit, if the buyer don't clear customs and just raise refund request stating that item is not yet received in timelines; will eBay refund buyer or hold or credit the seller?
And if the buyer says, he don't need it as customs is charging high amount and so cancel the transaction, will the seller needs to loose money, time, shipping charges etc?
